Job summary
BBA Consultants is seeking a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice to lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice in leadership development, executive coaching, and team effectiveness. You will define the practice strategy and ensure scalable, high-quality services for clients.
You will mentor practitioners, manage an external network of coaches, and partner with client leaders to tailor solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership development, coaching or facilitation experience.
- ICF credentialed executive coaching and team coaching certifications.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing coaches/facilitators.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the coaching & facilitation practice strategy.
- Develop practitioner capabilities and set quality standards.
- Oversee external network of coaches and facilitators.
- Design capability-building initiatives and communities of practice.
- Mentor team members and support practice growth.
