Job summary

BBA is seeking a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice to lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice delivering leadership development, executive coaching, and team facilitation to clients. You will define strategy, develop practitioner capabilities, and ensure quality and scalability of services.

You will foster a community of practitioners, oversee networks of external coaches, and drive business growth through exceptional client experiences and market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Adult Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in the consulting industry and/or with corporate roles; Sense of equity and inclusion.
• ASSET: Master's degree in a related discipline.
• ICF-credentialed Executive Coaching Program and Team Coaching certification.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, organizational development, consulting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Steward and continuously improve coaching, facilitation and team optimization practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and quality management of an external network of coaches and facilitators.
• Design and implement capability-building initiatives, communities of practice, and practitioner development strategies.
• Lead and support the community projects manager role.
• Partner with client leaders and Consultants to develop leadership, coaching, facilitation and team effectiveness solutions tailored to client needs.
