Job summary

BBA Consultants is seeking a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice to lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice in leadership development, executive coaching, and team effectiveness. You will define the practice strategy and ensure scalable, high-quality services for clients.

You will mentor practitioners, manage an external network of coaches, and partner with client leaders to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership development, coaching or facilitation experience.
  • ICF credentialed executive coaching and team coaching certifications.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing coaches/facilitators.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the coaching & facilitation practice strategy.
  • Develop practitioner capabilities and set quality standards.
  • Oversee external network of coaches and facilitators.
  • Design capability-building initiatives and communities of practice.
  • Mentor team members and support practice growth.

As a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice, you will lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice dedicated to helping organizations, teams, and leaders achieve meaningful and sustainable results.

In this role, you will define and execute the practice strategy, support the development of practitioner capabilities, and ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitation services. Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Design professionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a wide range of client needs.

You will also foster a thriving community of practitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, and contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing market‑leading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice, mentor and develop others, and create lasting impact for clients, practitioners, and the organization.

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Adult Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
  • Experience in the consulting industry and/or with corporate rolesSense of equity and inclusion
  • ASSET: Master's degree in a related discipline
  • ICF‑credentialed Executive Coaching Program and Team Coaching certification
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, organizational development, consulting, or related fields
  • Expert Practioner level
  • Demonstrated experience stewarding coaching, facilitation, leadership development, or team effectiveness practices
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and developing coaches, facilitators, or consulting practitioners
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and building practitioner capability through communities of practice
