Job summary

Talent Edge, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm, is seeking a Senior Associate. This remote role in Canada requires deep expertise coaching executives, guiding teams, and delivering development programs while traveling within Canada and internationally.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with colleagues, tailor methodologies to each client, and support proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• ICF credential (ACC/PCC/MCC) or psychology/education degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience coaching executives or similar senior-individuals and teams.
• Strong written communication and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive coaching and development programs for senior leaders.
• Lead team coaching programs, workshops, and 360-debriefs.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and manage accounts.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure consistent quality across engagements.
