Job summary

BBA Consultants is seeking a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice to lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice serving organizations, teams, and leaders. You will define strategy, develop capabilities, and ensure quality and scalability of services in leadership development, executive coaching, and team facilitation.

You will recruit and mentor an external network of coaches, partner with client leaders, and shape market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Adult Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in the consulting industry and/or with corporate roles; sense of equity and inclusion.
  • ICF-credentialed Executive Coaching Program and Team Coaching certification.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, organizational development, consulting, or related fields.
  • Expert Practitioner level.
  • Demonstrated experience stewarding coaching, facilitation, leadership development, or team effectiveness practices.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and developing coaches, facilitators, or consulting practitioners.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and building practitioner capability through communities of practice.
  • Asset: Master’s degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the practice strategy.
  • Support the development of practitioner capabilities.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitation services.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and quality management of an external network of coaches and facilitators.
  • Design and implement capability-building initiatives, communities of practice, and practitioner development strategies.
  • Lead and support the community projects manager role.
  • Partner with client leaders and Consultants to develop leadership, coaching, facilitation and team effectiveness solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate leadership development and team optimization experiences for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to team members while supporting long-term practice growth and sustainability.

As a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice, you will lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice dedicated to helping organizations, teams, and leaders achieve meaningful and sustainable results.

Type of position: Regular

In this role, you will define and execute the practice strategy, support the development of practitioner capabilities, and ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitation services. Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Design professionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a wide range of client needs.

You will also foster a thriving community of practitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, and contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing market-leading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice, mentor and develop others, and create lasting impact for clients, practitioners, and the organization.

  • Annual base salary between $147,500 and $180,300
