In this role, you will define and execute thepractice strategy, support the development of practitioner capabilities, andensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitationservices. Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Designprofessionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development,executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a widerange of client needs.
You will also foster a thriving community ofpractitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, andcontribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences anddeveloping market-leading solutions. - Steward and continuously improve coaching, facilitation and team optimization practices, standards, and methodologies
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and quality management of an external network of coaches and facilitators
- Design and implement capability-building initiatives, communities of practice, and practitioner development strategies
- Lead and support the community projects manager role
- Partner with client leaders and Consultants to develop leadership, coaching, facilitation and team effectiveness solutions tailored to client needs
- Facilitate leadership development and team optimization experiences for clients and stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to team members while supporting long-term practice growth and sustainability

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Adult Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Experience in the consulting industry and/or with corporate rolesSense of equity and inclusion
- ASSET: Master's degree in a related discipline
- ICF-credentialed Executive Coaching Program and Team Coaching certification
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, organizational development, consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience stewarding coaching, facilitation, leadership development, or team effectiveness practices
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and developing coaches, facilitators, or consulting practitioners
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and building practitioner capability through communities of practice
