Compensation: $1,000- $1,500 base salary with bonus based on experience

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Expert to join our team and drive our clients' growth through strategic prospecting and pipeline development. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads, setting the foundation for our sales team's success. This is a crucial position that directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels
  • Develop targeted prospect lists using various research methods and tools
  • Create and optimize outbound campaigns (email, social, cold calling) to generate qualified leads
  • Manage and optimize inbound lead qualification processes
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with content and campaign strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to continuously improve results
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Transfer qualified leads to account executives with comprehensive information for successful follow-up

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in sales or marketing services
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and buyer journey mapping
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and other prospecting platforms
