We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the growth of our B2B partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include building pipelines of qualified leads with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors (DMRs), MSPs, and ISPs; uncovering new end-customer opportunities; supporting co-marketing initiatives; and nurturing leads to contribute to partner success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel marketing, partner engagement, and B2B lead development.

Reports to: Marketing Lead, B2B/ISP Strategy

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, partner sales support, or lead generation
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Familiarity with partner types and programs: DMRs, VARs, MSPs, and ISPs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with external stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess lead quality, track metrics, and provide insights
  • Understanding of the Canadian B2B/IT channel ecosystem (highly desirable)
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Identify and engage end-user leads to support sell-through activities
  • Work with VARs, DMRs, MSPs, and ISPs on joint lead generation campaigns and list-building
  • Manage partner outreach (email marketing, webinars, digital campaigns) to drive opportunities
  • Capture and route inbound leads based on vertical, territory, and capability
  • Maintain accurate partner data within CRM and tracking tools
  • Execute lead-nurture workflows to accelerate sales cycle and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Sales Teams on reporting
  • Support lead generation for events, webinars, and referral programs
  • Research Canadian directories, associations, and databases to enrich target lists
  • Occasional travel within provinces may be required
