We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Vertical Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves driving high-quality inbound and outbound lead generation across key B2B verticals including ISPs, MSPs, VARs, MDUs, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, and Franchise operations and is pivotal to supporting the Marketing team’s execution of demand-generation campaigns, partner engagement initiatives, and vertical-specific marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate has a hybrid background in B2B marketing and data-driven prospecting, with an understanding of how to tailor messaging per vertical.

Reports to:Marketing Lead, B2B/ISP Strategy

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or vertical sales enablement
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and list-building software (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in lead scoring, tracking conversion metrics, and reporting
  • Experience working with channel or partner marketing teams is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with the Canadian tech and telecom landscape is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Research, build, and maintain targeted lead lists segmented by vertical (Healthcare, Hospitality, MDU, Franchise, Hospitality) aligned to our Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Develop and execute outreach sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Partner with the Marketing Lead to support campaign execution and lead funnel tracking (e.g., NFR campaigns, demo kits, training registrations, webinar sign-ups)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to refine messaging, vertical strategies, and nurture sequences
  • Support trade show and event lead capture and follow-up processes, ensuring no lead is lost in transition to Sales
  • Assist in enriching lead data and identifying buying signals through industry directories, association lists, and digital footprints
  • Stay informed on vertical-specific trends, association events, and opportunities to grow lead pools
  • Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required
