Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree/diploma required.
• Minimum of 8 years of Civil Infrastructure construction experience.
• Working knowledge of scopes, scheduling, project management and contract software.
• Ability to mentor a large team and maintain strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare regular, timely billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
• Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and communicate concerns and interests.
• Monitor, interpret and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow.
• Lead project meetings with internal/external parties to monitor progress.
• Submit project reports to Area Manager and escalate risks when needed.
