Job summary

EllisDon seeks a Construction Manager to oversee project delivery across a portfolio of civil earthworks and underground utilities projects. You will implement construction methodologies, drive planning, and supervise a large project team to ensure on-time, profitable outcomes.

The role requires 10–15 years supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to travel to job sites across Saskatchewan.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in commercial earthworks and underground utilities projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
• Be willing to travel to job sites across Saskatchewan.
• PMP designation would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and construction methodologies to a project or portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
• Lead and support project planning start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution, close-out, and EHS.
• Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage and mentor a large team including the project management group.
• Lead multiple projects from estimate to close-out.
