Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1+ years relevant experience.
• IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking including mobile and online.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and on time.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with TD policies.
