Job summary

Responsibilities

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Promote digital banking via mobile, ATM, and online channels.
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
Contribute to improved branch operations and customer experience.
