Qualifications

• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Strong communication, time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while safeguarding confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and on time.
• Ensure documentation reflects regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
• Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal development.
