Job summary

Snore MD in Langley (Walnut Grove) is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support our busy Langley clinic. This full-time, permanent role runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, including every Saturday.

You will coordinate appointments, triage referrals, manage clinic operations, and assist with insurance paperwork. We offer competitive pay $22–$25/hr, benefits, onboarding support, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, retail or a service-based role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, or other work-based platforms with great typing skills.
• Availability to work every Saturday (mandatory).
• Residence in Langley or surrounding Fraser Valley communities with reliable commute to Langley (Walnut Grove) Clinic.
• Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage patient referrals with care and professionalism.
• Be the Connection: Communicate and collaborate with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Keep Us Moving: Oversee clinic operations, including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment.
• Administrative Rockstar: Support insurance paperwork and other administrative tasks.
