What You’ll Do

• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Assist patients in person, by phone, and virtually with questions and general support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a customer-facing role is an asset
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable picking up new software and computer systems
• Experience with EMR systems or in healthcare is an asset – but not required

• Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
