The role requires a strong background with learning management systems, adult learning theories, and instructional design methods to deliver effective solutions in multiple formats.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to conduct needs analyses and assessments.
• Ability to evaluate training programs and report findings.
• Maintains training records and compliance with policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, and delivers learning plans, modules and manuals.
• Conducts needs analysis, surveys, and assessments to determine needs.
• Implements tools to evaluate training effectiveness and reports findings.
• Develops and maintains training records and certifications for all employees.
• Coordinates course schedules, attendance, records, and logistics.
• Administrates the Learning Management System and curates content.
• Coaches and guides users on LMS and supporting training technologies.
• Identifies opportunities for administrative process improvements.
