Job summary

Qualicare Homecare, BC is seeking Health Care Aides/PSWs/Caregivers to support clients across BC, with a focus on Korean-speaking families in Burnaby and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships in a culturally comfortable setting.

Qualifications

• Korean fluency alongside conversational English.
• Prior experience as a Caregiver or Health Care Aide required.
• HCA Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student preferred).
• Current CPR / First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the local area.
• Access to Internet / smartphone with data.

The Home Caregiver/HCA is an essential member of our home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
