Qualifications

• Cantonese fluency and conversational English required.
• Prior experience as a Caregiver or Health Care Aide required.
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student considered).
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel to client homes in your local community.
• Access to Internet / smartphone with data.

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Laundry and home organization.
• Accompany clients to outings and run errands.
• Medication assistance/reminders and safety checks.

The Home Caregiver/HCA is an essential member of our home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Many of our clients and families communicate best in Cantonese. Qualifications

• Fluency in Cantonese alongside conversational English
