Qualicare Homecare, BC is seeking Health Care Aides (HCAs) / Caregivers to support Burnaby and surrounding communities. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompany clients on outings under supervision of the Care Coordinator.

Fluent Korean and conversational English are required; prior caregiver experience and relevant certifications are preferred. Travel to client homes is expected, with flexible shift options and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Korean fluency alongside conversational English.
• Prior experience as a Caregiver or Health Care Aide required.
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent.
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the local area.
• Access to Internet / smartphone with data.

Responsabilidades

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
• Meal preparation tailored to client preferences.
• Light housekeeping and companionship.
• Accompany clients on outings and errands.
• Medication assistance / reminders and transport as needed.
• Documentation/Charting and following care plans.
