Qualicare Homecare, BC is seeking compassionate Health Care Aides (HCAs) / Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to support Korean-speaking clients in Burnaby and surrounding communities, with flexible assignments across BC. This role enables you to build meaningful connections by delivering culturally comfortable, language-matched care in clients’ homes.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Korean with conversational English is required.
• Prior experience as a caregiver or Health Care Aide is required.
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse preferred).
• CPR / First Aid training current or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the local area.
• Internet access / smartphone with data.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Prepare meals tailored to client preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients on outings.
• Shop and run errands.
• Assist with medications and reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and transport.
• Provide companionship in Korean.
• Follow care plans and maintain documentation.

Conhecimentos
