Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is an asset.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods following recipes and station guidelines.
• Measure, portion, chop, and assemble ingredients.
• Maintain proper temperatures and food quality.
• Control portions and minimize waste.
• Replenish items during service and restock as needed.
• Follow HACCP, safety, and production logs.
• Operate a cashless POS, process transactions, and provide receipts.
• Provide friendly service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and service areas.
• Participate in ongoing sanitation and deep cleaning.
