Job summary

A&W Whyte Ave in Edmonton is hiring Kitchen Crew. In this fast-paced role you’ll help prepare food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and work as part of a supportive team. Shifts are late at night, with up to 40 hours per week.

You’ll start at $15.10/hour with opportunities to advance to higher levels through our training program. Benefits include medical and dental options, and employee discounts. This is a great entry point for someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace

• Advanced: $15.50 - $15.75/hour
