One Therapy Network in Victoria, BC is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to help prepare the food guests love and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, works well in a team, and is eager to learn on-the-job. We offer clear wage progression, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow into cross-trained and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work.
• Willing to learn new skills and help where needed.
• Available 15–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members.

• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
