A .L.E is seeking a Kitchen Crew member in Sherwood Park, AB to help prepare popular menu items and maintain smooth kitchen operations. You will work on food prep, cooking, and order assembly in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on training, wage growth through skill development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance into cross-trained or leadership roles within a friendly team.

• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
