McMurray Group of Companies is seeking a Kitchen Crew team member in Victoria, BC. You will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards; cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products; assemble orders accurately during busy periods.
• Kitchen Operations: Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently; restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations; monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures; clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils; assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness.
• Teamwork: Work closely with cashiers, supervisors, and other team members; communicate clearly during rush periods; support a positive, respectful workplace.
