Job summary

A&W is seeking a Kitchen Crew member in Victoria, BC to help prepare menu items and keep the kitchen running smoothly. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning new skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products.
• Assemble orders accurately during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members.

• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork
