Job summary

A .L.E in Victoria, BC is hiring a Kitchen Crew to support daily operations in our fast-paced kitchen. You will help with food preparation, cooking, and keeping work areas clean while delivering great guest experiences.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement through our Steps to Success program. Candidate should be energetic, reliable, and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable and enjoys hands-on work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available 20–40 hours per week.
• Willing to learn new skills and help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members; communicate during rush periods.
