Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder / Shift Lead for our cannabis retail team. You will engage customers, educate on products, and lead by example during shifts in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, merchandising, inventory checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must have cannabis selling certification and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age as per province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

About the Role

What You'll Do
