Job summary

Value Buds Warman is seeking a motivated Keyholder to lead shifts in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will greet customers, recommend products, handle the POS, and assist with daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and cannabis-certification. You will support inventory, compliance, and team training while enjoying employee discounts and full-time benefits.

Keyholder / Shift Lead – Cannabis Retail

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

About You

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience

• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
