Job summary

Value Buds Hampton Terrace in Edmonton is actively seeking a Keyholder / Shift Lead to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operating routines. You will help open/close the store, assist customers with cannabis education, and manage POS transactions.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and a cannabis selling certification. You must be eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check and meet provincial age requirements. Full-time roles include EFAP and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age compliant with province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.

About You
