Job summary

Value Buds is hiring a Keyholder for its Windsor cannabis retail location. You’ll lead by example on shift, assist customers, and support storefront operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding product recommendations, educating customers about cannabis products, and ensuring store standards while maintaining compliance and POS accuracy.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
• Minimum age based on province (18/19+)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do
