Value Buds in Windsor is looking for a dedicated Keyholder to lead shifts, mentor teammates, and ensure a smooth retail experience for customers purchasing cannabis products. You’ll help with stock, merchandising, and health/safety compliance while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first attitude; cannabis certs are required, with full-time opportunities and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Cannabis selling certification required (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age per province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
