Job summary

Dutch Love is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Vancouver to lead shifts, assist customers, and support the team in delivering an exceptional cannabis shopping experience.

You will model excellent service, coach teammates, and help ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing tasks and compliance with regulations. Growth opportunities exist for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ and eligible for provincial cannabis certification.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Keyholder or leadership experience is an asset.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to take the lead.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.

The Role

Dutch Love is looking for a Keyholder who loves great people, great weed, and knows how to keep things moving when they're leading the shift.

As a Keyholder, you're a trusted on-shift leader. You'll help customers, support the team, solve problems, and make sure the shop is running smoothly. You'll lead by example, whether that means sharing product knowledge, handling an escalation, or jumping in wherever the team needs you.
