Job summary

Dutch Love Kelowna is seeking a Keyholder to lead shifts, assist customers, and mentor the team. You will model service standards, solve issues, and ensure smooth store operations.

You’ll train teammates, handle cash, maintain a clean, organized space, and follow cannabis regulations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is encouraged, and prior leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ and able to obtain provincial cannabis certification.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.
• Previous Keyholder or leadership experience is an asset.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to take the lead.
• Strong communication and calm under busy conditions.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.

The Role

Dutch Love is looking for a Keyholder who loves great people, great weed, and knows how to keep things moving when they’re leading the shift.

As a Keyholder, you’re a trusted on-shift leader. You’ll help customers, support the team, solve problems, and make sure the shop is running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, whether that means sharing product knowledge, handling an escalation, or jumping in wherever the team needs you.
