Inspired Cannabis is seeking a Keyholder to lead on-shift operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver consistent, high-quality customer service, coach teammates, and help achieve store sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.

As a trusted on-shift leader, you will model excellent customer experiences, oversee opening and closing procedures, and foster a positive, accountable team culture that supports growth and seamless store performance.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role with leadership preferred.
• Cannabis certification (CannSell or equivalent) required.
• Pre-employment criminal record check completed.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age requirement as per provincial regulations (typically 19+).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• 2 years plus experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role, with previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and support team members.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability, and leads by example to support team performance and engagement.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate clearly to address issues proactively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 20 lbs.
• Provincial cannabis certification (e.g., CannSell or equivalent) required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
