Job summary

QE Home in Canada is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager and mentor team members, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining visual standards for a welcoming store environment in Calgary.

You will help with opening/closing, restocking, and transactions, stay current on product features and promotions, and collaborate to reach sales goals while handling guest concerns with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail guest service experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle keys, cash, and store security responsibilities.
• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love.
• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home’s extensive range of products, ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest.
• A clean, professional, and fashion forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store’s dress code standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Working On

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbsto fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.
