Job summary

QE Home is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store management and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor teammates, uphold visual standards, and assist with daily operations, including opening/closing and transactions.

You’ll stay informed on product features, promotions, and home décor lines, contributing to a welcoming environment and strong sales results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail guest service experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and assist with opening/closing.
• Commitment to guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.

• Acting as a role model for your team members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Handlingguestconcerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbsto fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.

• Demonstrated ability to handle keys, cash, and store security responsibilities.
