Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our bedding and home décor collections. You will help shoppers find pieces to make their home feel complete and stay informed about product features and promotions.

You'll build connections through attentive service, support daily store operations, and uphold merchandising standards. Availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
