Job summary

QE Home in Canada is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager and drive exceptional shopping experiences. You will mentor team members, lead daily operations, and ensure smooth merchandising and guest service.

You will stay informed on product features and promotions, handling guest concerns with empathy while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a professional appearance aligned with the QE Home brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail guest service experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle keys, cash, and store security responsibilities.
• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love.
• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home’s extensive range of products, ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest.
• A clean, professional, and fashion forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store’s dress code standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.

• Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Working On

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbsto fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
