QE Home is a proudly Canadian retailer seeking a hands-on Keyholder to support store leadership, mentor team members and ensure smooth daily operations. You will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain merchandising standards, and help meet sales goals while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift, stand for long periods, and a willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly wage and benefits apply.

• 2+ years of retail or guest service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.
• Acting as a role model for your team members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
• Providing exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
• Maintaining merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
• Staying up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.
• Handling guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lb s to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbing ladder s for merchandising and stock.
