Job summary

QE Home is hiring a Sales Associate in Canada to welcome guests, guide them through our home décor collections, and help them find pieces that make a room feel complete.

You will deliver personalized service, build connections, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with daily store operations while staying informed about product features and promotions. Open availability is preferred.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.
