Job summary

QE Home in Courtenay, BC is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find pieces that make their living spaces feel complete.

You will build connections through questions and recommendations, maintain tidy displays, assist with opening/closing and transactions, and stay informed about promotions. A friendly, professional appearance and strong communication help drive memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail guest service experience.
• Genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others
• Stay current on QE Home's product range and share accurate recommendations
• Clean, professional, fashion-forward appearance reflecting the brand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What You'll Be Working On

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.
