Job summary

Booster Juice in Victoria, BC is hiring a Part-time Corporate Store Crew Member to join our Bay Center location. You will support day-to-day operations, prepare beverages and food items, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong teamwork, flexibility in shifts, and attention to safety and quality. This role requires weekday availability and a positive, proactive attitude in a busy retail setting.

• Provide quality beverages and food items consistently for all customers.
• Prepare Smoothies, food and other beverages to Booster Juice standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain quality store operations.
• Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
• Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
• Contribute to store profitability.
• Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
• Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
• Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking to expand our team by bringing aboard a Part‑time Corporate Store Crew Member. Based out of our Bay Center Corporate Location in Downtown Victoria, we are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our high‑performing team. The address for this location is 1150 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 3M9. Weekday availability is required for this position.
