Booster Juice is seeking a Corporate Store Crew Member for the Campus Towers location in Edmonton, Alberta. Join a dynamic team delivering premium smoothies and fresh beverages while maintaining high standards and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include customer service, beverage and food preparation, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and cashier duties. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday–Sunday availability expected, with a focus on teamwork and meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Able to work 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• Availability Monday–Friday with weekend availability
• FoodSafe certification is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

We are looking to expand our team by bringing aboard a full‑time Corporate Store Crew Member. Based out of our Campus Towers location in Edmonton, Alberta, we are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide "Positively Outrageously Customer Service".
• Welcome and connect with every customer.
• Discover customer needs and guide customer to selection.
• Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
• Provide quality beverages and food items consistently for all customers.
• Prepare Smoothies, food and other beverages to Booster Juice standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain quality store operations.
• Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
• Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
• Contribute to store profitability.
• Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
• Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
• Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
