Job summary

Booster Juice in Canada is hiring a Supervisor for Corporate Store at Campus Towers. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service, train staff, connect with customers and ensure quality beverages and foods while upholding health and safety standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, inventory, cash handling and merchandising to hit store goals. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, coaching skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering Positively Outrageously Customer Service.
• Train, coach and support team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Welcome and connect with every customer.
• Coach team members to discover customer needs and guide selections.
• Respond to customer needs and thank every customer.
• Ensure quality beverages and food items are provided consistently.
• Ensure Smoothies, food and other beverages meet Booster Juice standards.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and uphold quality standards.
• Uphold store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Uphold merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Delegate and oversee cleaning tasks according to daily checklists.
• Present oneself professionally, lead by example, clear communication.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and cash register policies are followed.
• Manage inventory stocking and recording per guidelines.
• Lead the team in achieving store goals for increasing sales and profits.
