A&W Victoria BC is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to help prepare popular menu items and keep the kitchen running smoothly at our Victoria location. This position offers up to 40 hours per week and includes growth opportunities through our training and development initiatives.

Position: Kitchen Crew Location: Victoria, BC, 3335 Douglas St, V8Z 3L2 Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time Shifts: Graveyard (Overnight) Hours Per Week: Up to 40 Language: English Wages & Growth This role offers more than just a starting wage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, diverse, and respectful workplace
