Job summary

Booster Juice is hiring a full-time Corporate Store Crew Member for the Davies Corner location in South Edmonton. You will prepare smoothies, beverages and foods, provide exceptional customer service, and support store operations in a busy high-energy environment.

Join a dynamic team at Booster Juice, balance customer focus with efficiency, and help drive quality, safety, and profitability while working 40 hours a week on 8-hour shifts. Legal eligibility to work in Canada required.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking to expand our team by bringing aboard a full-time Corporate Store Crew Member. Based out of our Davies Corner location in South Edmonton, we are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our high-performing team. The address for this location is 7436 68 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6B 0A1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide "Positively Outrageously Customer Service".
• Welcome and connect with every customer.
• Discover customer needs and guide customer to selection.
• Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
• Provide quality beverages and food items consistently for all customers.
• Prepare Smoothies, food and other beverages to Booster Juice standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain quality store operations.
• Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
• Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
• Contribute to store profitability.
• Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
• Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
• Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
