The Junior Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment. This includes developing job descriptions, posting roles, filtering candidates, conducting phone screens, managing documentation via DocuSign (including employment contracts and tax forms), and converting applicants into Care Pro’s in our Bloom scheduling system. The Regional TA Specialist may also be involved in orientation duties such as co-hosting orientation sessions, managing attendance, inputting attendees into Bloom, and developing and mailing Bloom ID badges.

The Regional TA Specialist will be involved in fast-paced recruitment of Personal Support Workers and other office roles.

Tasks include:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
• Source talent by building networks and cultivating relationships within talent pools to find qualified candidates
• Build and maintain networks of potential candidates for assigned areas
• Develop a talent pipeline of internal and external candidates
• Identify hard-to-fill roles and source innovative recruitment channels
• Manage job postings on effective recruitment platforms
• Schedule, conduct, and evaluate phone and face-to-face interviews, interpreting assessment results
• Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities; participate in career fairs to promote our organization as an employer of choice
• Develop recruitment reports and analyze trends to optimize hiring strategies
• Provide talent analytics, track candidate pipelines, quality of hire, and time to fill positions
