The Junior Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment. This includes developing job descriptions, posting roles, filtering candidates, conducting phone screens, managing documentation via DocuSign (including employment contracts and tax forms), and converting applicants into Care Pro’s in our Bloom scheduling system. The Regional TA Specialist may also be involved in orientation duties such as co-hosting orientation sessions, managing attendance, inputting attendees into Bloom, and developing and mailing Bloom ID badges.
The Regional TA Specialist will be involved in fast-paced recruitment of Personal Support Workers and other office roles.
