Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Junior Support Engineer based in Canada to help maintain a global digital testing platform. You will support cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, troubleshoot issues across devices, servers, and networks, and respond to incidents affecting critical services.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT knowledge and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, take ownership of technical issues, and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of service desks, SLAs, escalation procedures, on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to incident and outage tickets from monitoring or customer reports.
• Track tickets through resolution within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with global sites and data center personnel to troubleshoot hardware and services.
• Work with cloud and on-premises infrastructure teams to investigate disruptions.
